• All goods remain the property of mediaMinx until payment has been received in full
• Credit terms strictly as stated on invoice
• 'Standard' terms imply payment on delivery
• Late payments are subject to a 1% flat rate of invoice total surcharge per day, including weekends
• Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge of up to 5%
• Returned or reclaimed stock may be subject to a 25% depreciation charge
• Non-physical products are not refundable
• All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
• All manufacturers' product and company names and logos may be the trademarks
or registered trademarks of their respective owners
